Here are the benefits you’ll enjoy as a Gold’s Gym employee: Bonus & Commission potential Engaging, supportive team environment Great benefits package including a John Hancock 401k Complimentary gym memberships and discounts Career growth opportunities within the company We’re Seeking Talented Individuals Who: Possess a positive, upbeat, and outgoing attitude Are passionate about delivering excellence to our members Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, goal-oriented environment without sacrificing service quality Have experience in the fitness industry and a desire for continuous learning and growth Bilingual preferred Your Responsibilities Will Include: Revenue growth and focus Managing a high-performing personal training team that inspires change Ensuring project and department goals are met within approved budgets Enforcing club rules, policies, and procedures Maintaining full staffing through application review and hiring recommendations Managing personal training schedules for all shifts Developing and monitoring metrics for employee retention and satisfaction Training staff to generate leads and new business through promotions, referrals, and guest passes Managing employee performance through coaching and fostering a positive work environment Conducting weekly meetings with direct reports to provide guidance and direction Must Haves: Must be certified by NASM, ACSM, ACE or NSCA CPR/AED Certifications High school diploma (some college coursework preferred) Excellent communication and hospitality abilities Knowledge of anatomy, functional exercise, basic nutrition, and basic exercise science Able to achieve and maintain aggressive goals Ability to stay current on certifications, trends, and topics in fitness This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 35 lbs. Standing for extended periods and maintaining a professional demeanor, clear communication, and a clean appearance in a uniform are also required. We celebrate diversity.
