Infosys is seeking a Principal EDIFECS Consultant - HEALTHCARE. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will play a strategic role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions for healthcare clients. You will leverage deep domain expertise to drive digital transformation, enhance member and provider experiences, and lead solution development initiatives. You will also serve as a thought leader, representing Infosys in industry forums and client engagements. Required Qualifications At least 11 years of Information technology experience. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Candidate must be located within driving distance of Hartford, CT, Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Richardson, TX and Tempe, AZ or willing to relocate to these locations. Design, configure, and maintain EDI workflows using Edifecs platform. Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans. Analyze and support HIPAA X12 transactions including 837, 835, 270/271, 276/277, and 278. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. Preferred Qualifications: Planning and Co-ordination skills. Good Communication and Analytical skills. Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. Ability to write design documents and walk the audience through the design. Able to estimate for the end-to-end delivery of Integration projects. Lead the design and development of end-to-end healthcare solutions leveraging AI, analytics, cloud, and digital platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, compliant, and member-centric solutions. Experience with EDI mapping, validation, and troubleshooting Guide clients through value-based care, population health, member engagement, and care coordination initiatives. Product Management experience Hands-on technical exp – SQL, UI wireframe tools Knowledge of AI landscape The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
