Overview
Tecolote is searching for a Senior Earned Value Management Analyst to provide Earned Value Management (EVM) support to our government customers, to include analysis on monthly Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) from development contractors. Responsibilities
Work closely with Government Program Office teams and contractors Work on-site with the customer at a secure facility at Space Systems Command (SSC) Support the management of major Air Force and Space Force programs at SSC Perform EVM analysis and communicate results to program managers to inform decision-making Plan, participate in, and sometimes lead Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) activities Prepare briefings, management plans, and technical reports for the customer Instruct/mentor project officers on EVM policies, processes, and procedures Skills Required
8-12 years of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Program Control experience, preferably with the Department of Defense or commercial aerospace programs Strong analytic and presentation skills, proficiency with EVM systems software tools (e.g., wInsight), and extensive knowledge of EVM standards and practices Experience leading and supporting Compliance Analysis, Performance Analysis, Predictability Analysis, Integrated Baseline Reviews, and EVM training Familiarity with systems engineering principles, experience with large-scale development and test programs, risk analysis, and cost estimating Prior work at SSC and/or space programs is highly desirable U.S. citizen required due to national security nature of the position Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance and work in secure facilities (e.g., a SCIF or SAPF) Education
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences Base pay range
$95,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Benefits
