Human Resources Business Partner (Hybrid – Dallas, TX) Signet Jewelers is the world\'s largest retailer of diamond jewelry, operating more than 2,800 stores worldwide under the brands Kay Jewelers, Zales, Jared, H.Samuel, Ernest Jones, Peoples, Banter by Piercing Pagoda, Rocksbox, JamesAllen.com and Diamonds Direct. The HRBP serves as a strategic advisor and change agent, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness. This role partners closely with senior leadership to influence decisions around talent management, organizational development, and culture transformation. Candidates must be based in the Dallas area and able to work onsite part of the week. Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning. Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and change management. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development. Support leadership development and coaching programs. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Partner with Centers of Excellence for recruitment, learning and development, and mobility. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and prepare reports to influence business decisions. Lead and support organizational change initiatives, coaching leaders through transitions. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR systems, and organizational development. Preferred

Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR). Experience in global or matrixed organizations. Proven success in leading HR initiatives in complex environments. Skills & Competencies

Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.
