Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for handling the full-cycle recruitment for a variety of complex and/or specialized talent needs with limited oversight. Accountable for effectively building relationships with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and key stakeholders to assess current and future talent needs. Develop and implement creative recruiting solutions that support Premier Medical Resources’ mission to deliver the highest quality results and top talent to the business it supports.

Responsibilities

Job Requisition: Provides advice to hiring managers on processes for creating job requisitions, posting vacancies, and preparing for recruitment; review requisition information for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate approvals; obtain job descriptions and verify content with HRIS Analyst; partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and formulate sourcing strategies.

Applicant Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through networking, professional organizations, and other channels; continuously build talent pipelines; reach out to passive candidates; develop a visible social media presence for current and future positions; promote the employer brand.

Selection and Hiring: Assess applications/resumes to ensure a qualified and diverse candidate pool; conduct salary analysis to ensure equity and policy compliance; facilitate onboarding by extending and compiling offer letters and negotiating terms; serve as a resource for candidates and manage confidential data; ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Process Improvement and Reporting: Use data analytics to improve the hiring process and leverage technology; create monthly new hire reports detailing postings, applicants, sources, and sponsored jobs; provide monthly reports to hiring managers on filled positions and vacancies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to manage the recruitment process from job requisition through onboarding with minimal oversight.

Strong collaboration with hiring managers and HR business partners to assess talent needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.

Proficient in sourcing through multiple channels, including social media and professional networks; building talent pipelines for current and future needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

Ability to use recruitment metrics and analytics to optimize sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.

Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and company policies; strong judgment with confidential information.

Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Innovative, curious, and adaptable to changing business needs; able to implement creative solutions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree, or

Four (4) years of experience in lieu of education

Two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition in healthcare
