Senior Search Consultant

to join the team. We partner with the top firms in Los Angeles in hiring top talent at the Director-level and above (primarily within their Accounting & Finance functions), within a range of industries including technology, finance, fashion, and entertainment. We are seeking someone with strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and outstanding written and oral communication skills. This is a long-term growth opportunity rather than a short-term position. Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research on open positions and firms to navigate the market and find top talent Source active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and techniques Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews, vetting candidates for client positions Pitch jobs to candidates and submit suitable candidates to clients Coordinate, confirm, and coach candidates for client interviews Partner directly with clients in a professional manner; advise on the market and candidate updates Locate potential new business by contacting prospective clients and selling recruiting services through cold calling, networking, client lunches/visits/meetings, etc. Who we are seeking

3+ years in Executive Recruiting/Business Development Highly organized with a knack for building relationships A passion for working and advancing your career Sharp eye for detail; motivated to deliver the best work possible Innate ability to connect with people Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively Extremely tech savvy – proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with sourcing and recruiting tools (LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc.) is a plus; familiarity with databases/ATS systems is a plus Qualifications

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation
