full-time
position, fully
remote . The role focuses on supporting students applying to top-tier U.S. middle and high schools, with a primary focus on East Asia, and involves cross-functional work with Sales, Marketing, Service, and potential clients as Crimson expands its Boarding & Day School Admissions program. What This Role Is Responsible For Candidacy Development
Set targets for academic, extracurricular, and personal growth to maximize candidacy (course selection, testing, activities, student’s personal maturity and ability to speak reflectively about their interests) Create a detailed roadmap outlining the student’s growth trajectory
School Selection
Offer expert perspective on the U.S. private school industry, including boarding and day schools Guide school research Help student build a balanced school list based on fit and candidacy Coach student & family around school visits Call selected schools as needed to advocate for student and ensure appropriate match
Application Process
Guide and review use of application portals Guide acquisition of recommendation letters Guide completion of parent statements and financial forms Guide scheduling of admissions events and interviews Plan essay topics and review final essays Prepare student for interviews
Internal Service Support
Collaborate with the rest of each student’s Crimson team (e.g., Student Success Manager, Academic Tutors, Application Mentor, ECL Mentor) to execute the roadmap Support Sales teams in select initial consultations to explain Crimson’s products and services Present on the U.S. Boarding and Day School Admissions product for seminars or expositions in local markets
Product Development
Develop Crimson’s relationships with private boarding and day schools to provide tailored matching Identify gaps in service and develop scalable solutions focusing on high-quality service and admissions results Train service, sales, and marketing teams on latest product vision as needed
Experience Required Graduated from a Top 30 U.S. or U.K. university Experience working with young adolescents Experience working with international clients, specifically from Asia-Pacific Previous U.S. boarding/day school consulting track record recommended Previous sales, teaching, or entrepreneurial experience recommended Skills Required Proactive, detail-oriented customer service Excellent cross-cultural communication skills Superior written and oral communication skills Resilience when working independently under pressure Team-oriented attitude Passion for changing students’ lives, with a willingness to learn and go the extra mile Why work for Crimson?
