Responsibilities

Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including vehicle selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork

Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles

Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to track all customer interactions

Present customer deal structure and additional finance products

Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction

Complete ongoing training modules to stay abreast of new vehicle products, features, and accessories

Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards

Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle

Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email

Qualifications

Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred

Strong communications skills

Strong record of positive customer service results with a customer-focused attitude

High School Diploma/GED required

Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test

Valid driver’s license
