Join the Future of Workspace Innovation at Haworth. We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our corporate team in Holland, MI. As a Senior HRBP, you will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and contribute to the design and implementation of HR programs to solve complex problems and align HR solutions with business strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead HR initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
Provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
Manage complex member relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Conduct HR audits to assess compliance with policies and procedures.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned functional departments, supporting employee relations, talent development, and compliance.
Conduct investigations into member issues including harassment, discrimination, and performance concerns, and take appropriate action per company policies and procedures.
Perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
Utilize office automation and tools used in the Haworth office environment.
Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources with direct experience in HR business partnership supporting senior leadership (3 years with Master’s Degree).
Must be able to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
Must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US.
Education equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience or 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education.

Preferred Qualifications
Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, HRCI, PHR, SPHR, or CPHR.
Experience with SAP or similar HRIS platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner).
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $102,100 – $127,600
