A law firm seeks a Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney in Chandler, AZ. The role involves managing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy cases, representing diverse clients across Arizona. The firm offers a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Duties
Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome. Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings. Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff. Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution. Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs. Requirements
Prior experience working in a law firm for a minimum of 1-2 years required. Strong decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. Current member of State Bar of Arizona in good standing. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications
Licensed to practice law in Arizona. Skills
