Compensation: To $19/hr.Job Overview – Part-Time Payroll Specialist – 33863We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Payroll Specialist to support our client’s payroll operations. This role is ideal for someone with payroll experience who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and can ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees.
Answer incoming calls according to established procedures and performance standards.
Create work orders and capture structured data for each issue to maintain audit trails and enable statistical analysis.
Understand and follow documented departmental processes.
Assess questions/issues from field managers; direct them to Helix or escalate as appropriate.
Process and respond to emails according to standard procedures.
Process off-cycle payroll checks according to standard procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Payroll processing knowledge preferred.
SAP experience preferred.
