We are seeking a skilled Global Functional Lead with deep expertise in Advanced Pricing, along with strong experience in JD Edwards and AS400, to oversee and manage the global pricing, order management, and invoicing processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP systems, particularly JD Edwards, and will be responsible for driving system enhancements, troubleshooting, and providing functional support to optimize pricing and order management workflows globally. The Global Functional Lead will also collaborate closely with third-party support and delivery teams to ensure effective solutions are implemented. Additionally, the candidate will play a critical role in the ongoing project of cloning and improving our applications to take full ownership and support long-term business performance. What You'll Be Doing

Lead the global functional design, configuration, and implementation of JD Edwards ERP for Advanced Pricing modules across multiple regions. Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of JD Edwards ERP system for Order Management and Invoicing modules. Ensure the communication with other regions to ensure that harmonized solutions are created globally. Participate in the prioritization of backlog to drive continuous agile delivery through product teams. Actively participate in the process of cloning existing applications to bring them in-house and take ownership of them for long-term improvement. Play a critical role in continuous improvement initiatives by utilizing cloned applications to develop more efficient, scalable, and adaptable solutions. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth integration of the Order-to-Cash process and invoicing processes within JD Edwards. And Advanced Pricing processes within JD Edwards, AS400 and other connected systems. Play a key role in the process of cloning and optimizing applications to bring them in-house and take ownership for continuous improvement. Collaborate with global business stakeholders to understand advanced pricing requirements, and translate them into functional system solutions. Partner with third-party support and delivery teams to resolve functional issues and ensure timely and efficient delivery of enhancements and support. Provide functional leadership in the configuration and optimization of Advanced Pricing, ensuring alignment with business strategies, pricing policies, and global pricing structures. Manage and lead the implementation of applications to monitor and manage key business activities, improving decision-making and operational efficiency. Identify and recommend areas for process improvement in pricing, order management, and invoicing workflows within JD Edwards. Manage system upgrades and enhancements related to the Order Management and Invoicing functions in JD Edwards Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for business users to monitor key performance indicators related to pricing, orders, and invoicing. Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements within global pricing and invoicing processes. Collaborate with the technical team for the development and unit testing of Advanced Pricing and AS400 integrations with third-party systems, including EDI processing. What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience working with JD Edwards ERP, specifically in Order Management, Invoicing, and Advanced Pricing modules, in a global environment. Strong understanding of pricing processes, including advanced pricing strategies and techniques, and experience in implementing these in JD Edwards. Proven ability to design, configure, and troubleshoot JD Edwards ERP systems and integrations related to Advanced Pricing, and AS400 systems. Extensive experience with AS400 and its integration with JD Edwards and other business applications. Experience working with third-party support and delivery teams to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality projects on time. Project management experience, particularly in leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or global rollouts. Experience in leading global initiatives, implementing systems across multiple regions, and adapting solutions for diverse business needs. Knowledge of global pricing and invoicing processes, including accounts receivable, is highly desirable. Vantive is committed to supporting the needs for flexibility in the workplace. The estimated base salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
