Kluever Law Group, a boutique Chicago law firm is currently seeking a new member to join our team and work within our Foreclosure/Mortgage Servicing Practice Group. This role operates in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry, serving large financial institutions. Meeting tight deadlines and adhering to compliance standards are essential. Responsibilities
Document Management – Obtain required documents from clients, title companies, process servers, court files, and other public officials. Document Intake Review – Review incoming documents for completeness and sufficiency, and enter data into case management systems. Document Generation – Generate drafts of legal documents for review and signature by attorneys or clients. Customize template documents to specific cases as required Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy. Some positions may require the review of statements of account, invoices, and identification of categories of charges to be included or excluded from data entry. System Updates – Update and manage various case files, communicate with clients, and process documents to and from clients, courts and opposing attorneys through case management systems. Escalations - Identify and escalate unusual or complex issues to supervising attorneys and clients. Internal and External Communication – Provide clear, professional, and relevant communications to clients, vendors and colleagues via case management systems, phone and email. Experience and Skills
Detail Oriented — Compliance with applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and system processes is required. Judgment — Comfortable taking initiative to promptly collaborate with supervisors, managers, and attorneys. Independent — Self-starter, dependable and reliable. Multi-Task — Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Technological Competence — Ability to learn and navigate case management systems; identify opportunities to improve systems and leverage integrations/automations. “Pluses” for Potential Candidates
Bachelor's or Associate Degree preferred Experience with eFiling and/or eRecording Experience with CaseAware and Microsoft Office Experience using financial services case management systems, such as BKFS (LPS), Tempo, and VendorScape Experience searching the US Department of Defense website to perform military searches Experience in real estate law, reviewing title commitments, processing deeds, or other recordable instruments Schedule
Work hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:00pm, with reasonable flexibility. Location

Compensation: Base hourly rates between $21.00 - $27.00 based on experience Comprehensive Benefits: Health insurance with the firm covering 75% of the employee PPO plan cost (Additional plans are available that include employer contributions).
