Job summary and responsibilities include acting as a strategic partner, aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated departments, facilities, markets and/or divisions. The Manager-Human Resources serves as an evidence-based consultant on HR issues such as employee relations, labor relations, performance management, training, policy application, organizational development, workforce planning, ADA interactive process and compensation. The Manager-Human Resources partners with leadership to understand and execute the organization\'s HR and talent strategy and communicates needs to the HR department, Centers of Expertise (CoE) and management. The role may manage the HR team as assigned and collaborates across the HR team and CoE to deliver value-added service aligned with CommonSpirit Health\'s strategic objectives. Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to understand and execute HR and talent strategy Act as an evidence-based consultant on HR issues (employee relations, labor relations, performance management, training, policy application, organizational development, workforce planning, ADA process, compensation) Develop integrated HR solutions and drive change initiatives and programs Communicate needs across HR, Centers of Expertise (CoE) and management May manage the HR team and foster partnerships across HR and CoE to deliver value-added service Qualifications

Required Education And Experience

– Bachelor\’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of HR or leadership experience, or minimum of 7 years HR/leadership experience in the discipline, or Master\’s Degree with relevant experience. HR experience should include generalist experience or at least 2+ areas of specialty (e.g., compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, talent acquisition). Required Licensure And Certifications

– PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Training

– Demonstrated employee relations experience with knowledge of recruitment, training delivery, benefits and compensation theory/administration. Location

Sonora, CA Pay Range

$47.41 - $70.52 /hour Job function
