What You’ll Get
Base salary + uncapped quarterly commissions
A high-energy, people-driven culture: company events, happy hours, and ongoing professional development
Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office (Mon–Wed) in Deep Ellum, plus 2 remote days
Earn additional WFH days quarterly based on performance
Casual office atmosphere (no dress code — be yourself!)

Who We’re Looking For
Background in B2B sales, sales recruiting, or agency recruiting is a plus (but not required)
Located in Dallas or willing to commute to our Deep Ellum office
