– Davis Law Firm is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to manage cases from pre-litigation or litigation through settlement. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, keep cases organized, and work closely with attorneys to achieve the best outcomes. Bilingual a plus. What You’ll Do
Handle cases from intake to trial or settlement. Be the main contact for clients, providing updates and guidance. Order, track, and review medical records. Investigate insurance coverage and calculate damages (medical bills, lost wages, property damage). Prepare and submit demand packages to insurance companies. Negotiate medical bill reductions and assist with settlements. Schedule depositions, witnesses, and court reporters. Prepare and e-file pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial documents. Keep case files organized and up to date. What We Offer
Pay: competitive pay + monthly bonuses (DOE). Benefits: Health & dental insurance, paid time off. Hours: Full-time, stable position with a supportive team. Base pay range $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr Additional Details
