Residential Sales Consultant - High-Earning Potential | Exterior Remodeling . Location: Florida (90 mile radius from Englewood Headquarters). Base + uncapped commission | Leads Provided + Self-Gen Bonus | Benefits | Paid Training. At Galloway Roofing, part of Allstar Services, we are seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to connect with homeowners, build trust, and close deals in exterior remodeling (roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and more). If you’re a closer, a relationship-builder, and motivated by large commissions, we want you on our team. What You\'ll Be Doing
Own Your Pipeline
Generate your own leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking — or use the warm leads we provide. Drive outbound energy and hustle to follow up, rehash, and revive every opportunity.
Close the Deal
Use a consultative approach to help homeowners understand their exterior remodeling needs—roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and more. Present solutions that make sense, build trust, and lead to a signed contract.
Make Bank
Earn a competitive base salary + uncapped commission. Get paid on both company-provided leads and self-generated business.
Deliver a 5-Star Experience
Build long-term relationships, not one-time transactions. Guide customers through the sales process with professionalism and care.
We\'re Looking For
Proven track record in sales (home improvement, roofing, or remodeling is a plus). Hungry, self-motivated, and driven to beat your best month—every month. Comfortable working independently and owning your day. Charismatic, persuasive, and great at building trust. Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation. Willingness to work evenings and some Saturdays to close deals when customers are home. What\’s In It For You
