Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition Health Services, the Executive Recruiter is responsible for managing and leading the full-cycle recruitment process for director-level and above positions across the organization. The Executive Recruiter will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, senior leaders, and chiefs, assisting in developing and implementing hiring strategies that directly support IEHP’s business and strategic goals. The incumbent will be expected to identify and engage high-caliber candidates who not only bring the strategic capability needed to support IEHP’s goals, but also reflect and enhance the organization’s mission-driven culture. This position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as HR Business Partners, Compensation, and senior leaders, to deliver tailored recruitment strategies, provide market insights, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to final offer. Responsibilities

Manage and lead full-cycle recruitment for director-level and above positions. Advise executives, senior leaders, and chiefs on hiring strategies aligned with IEHP’s goals. Identify and engage high-caliber candidates who fit strategic needs and the organization’s culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored recruitment strategies, market insights, and a strong candidate experience from initial contact to final offer. Perks

Seven (7) years of experience in executive search, talent sourcing, or executive recruitment requiring senior-level talent engagement Experience developing and negotiating job offers Experience preferably within healthcare, managed care, or a similarly complex industry Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required In lieu of the required degree, a minimum of four (4) years of additional relevant work experience is required Master’s degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration from an accredited institution preferred Preferred certification in AIRS Recruiter Academy or AIRS Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter Key Qualifications

Full-cycle executive recruitment, including strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, and high-touch recruitment Executive compensation structure, incentive programs, market competitiveness, and complex negotiation strategies Navigating confidential, sensitive executive searches with discretion and professionalism Adept use of technology including Excel, Word, PowerPoint Use of ATS, HRIS, and reporting functions Exceptional customer service skills and strong focus on candidate experience Ability to develop collaborative relationships, work autonomously, be results-oriented, and maintain confidentiality Pay Range

$118,601.60 USD Annually - $157,144.00 USD Annually Seniority level
