This position follows a hybrid schedule. Employees must be on-site at the Blue Bell, PA office five days per week for the first 30 days of employment, and then three days per week in-office and two days remote thereafter. Note:

Our client is seeking a
Pre-Litigation Attorney
to join their Blue Bell, PA office. This position is perfect for a
junior attorney
or a litigation attorney who wants to step back from appearing in court and instead focus on negotiation, case development, and client communication. In this role, youll work closely under the supervision of a senior attorney and alongside experienced case managers who handle client communications and case preparation. Youll assist in managing pre-litigation cases from intake through settlement discussions, helping to position cases for successful resolution or litigation handoff. Responsibilities
Support senior attorneys in managing a high-volume pre-litigation caseload Assist with client intake, documentation, and case development Draft correspondence, demand letters, and supporting documents Communicate with insurance adjusters and assist in settlement negotiations Coordinate with case managers regarding client updates and treatment Conduct legal research as needed to support case strategy Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth case progression and resolution Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (New Jersey license a plus) 1+ years of experience in litigation or pre-litigation (personal injury experience preferred but not required) Open to candidates from insurance defense backgrounds interested in transitioning to plaintiff-side work Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Why This Is a Great Opportunity
