You’ll be a confident litigator, a strategic legal thinker, and a trusted advisor managing your own caseload while working alongside a supportive team. What We’re Looking For Proven expertise in estate planning, wills, and trusts Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills Excellent legal research and persuasive writing ability Ability to balance autonomy with collaboration Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney) Conduct client consultations and develop personalized planning strategies Prepare probate and trust administration filings Represent clients in probate court and related litigation Handle family law matters, including divorce, custody, and settlements Perform detailed legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and agreements Manage an independent caseload while meeting firm deadlines and quality standards Communicate clearly with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and planning Stay current on estate, probate, tax, and family law developments Opportunity to bring in and grow your own client base Core Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active Texas Bar license in good standing 3–5 years’ experience in estate planning, probate, and/or family law Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, tax planning, and probate administration Experience with family law matters such as divorce, custody, and support Excellent legal research, writing, and courtroom skills Outstanding interpersonal and client communication skills Highly organized, with effective time management Proficient with remote work and case management tools (Zoom, MS Office, TEAMS) Proficient in Spanish, a plus We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
