Overview

West Central Behavioral Health Clinic - Bismarck, ND. The Functional Family Therapist provides evidence-based services to families with youth ages 11 through 18 who are at risk or referred for behavioral or emotional problems. The Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model empowers youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that is sustained after treatment ends. This position involves tailoring services to the individual family using treatment protocols, case management, crisis intervention, community outreach and in-home services. You will work as part of an FFT team with weekly supervision and consultation from FFT-trained clinicians. The role is located in Bismarck, ND and may be eligible for hybrid or in-office/remote work. Typical work schedule includes evenings and flexible scheduling to meet families’ needs. We also offer opportunities for classes, internship possibilities within the organization, and licensure supervision. Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based FFT services to families with youth ages 11 through 18. Engage in treatment protocols, case management, crisis intervention, community outreach and in-home services as part of an FFT team. Participate in weekly team supervision and consultation from FFT-trained clinicians. Work in a flexible schedule (including evenings) and adapt to scheduling needs of families. Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field and ND licensure as an LCSW or LPCC, or Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with licensure as LMFT by the ND Board of Marriage and Family Therapy, or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with eligibility for licensure as LMFT by the ND Board of Marriage and Family Therapy, or Doctorate in Psychology and ND licensure as a psychologist by the ND Board of Psychologist Examiners. We will consider filling this position at a reduced pay rate and you are required to have: Master's degree in Social Work and ND licensure as an LMSW or a master's degree in Counseling and ND licensure as an LPC, or Master's degree in Counseling with ND licensure as an LAPC, and be within two years of LPCC licensure. Details regarding licensure status and training hours must be submitted with the application. This position requires a valid driver’s license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation. About ND HHS
