Overview
Retirement Plan Consultant / 401k Advisor
The Retirement Plan Advisor works closely with the plan sponsors of the clients. This includes analysis of investments, fiduciary reviews, plan design consulting, reporting requirements and other client service needs.
Compensation $75,000 - $125,000
Responsibilities
Provide client service to ensure an outstanding experience for all retirement plan clients
Implement and monitor client plans for proper investments, plan strategy, and providing portfolio recommendations
Respond to plan sponsor and plan participant questions and requests
Explain failed compliance testing and other plan provisions needed to the plan sponsor
Responsible for client meeting preparation, meeting notes, and client follow-up
Responsible for quarterly investment reviews for retirement plans
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree
Must be able to commute into the office
5 years or more of related experience working with a TPA, Recordkeeper or financial services firm
Experience with retirement plan client service
Experience interacting with clients
Understanding of basic investment concepts
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
Clean FINRA Series 65
