We are seeking a skilled and experienced PLM Windchill Administrator / Architect to join our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and support of PTC Windchill solutions that align with our business processes and engineering workflows. This role will be reporting to Director of Business Systems. This position could be remote. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements in PTC Windchill PLM. Perform system configurations and upgrades, including patches and migrations. Solid understanding of Upgrade Process. Server Installation and Configuration Define and maintain Windchill System Architecture, reports, data models, workflows, configurations and Integrations. Working closely with business analysts, other IT teams, and end-users to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of solutions. Creating technical specifications and designs for Windchill solutions. Customize Windchill using Java, JSP, Info*Engine, Windchill APIs, and other tools. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Windchill application issues. Ensure performance, scalability and security of Windchill environments Keeping up-to-date with the latest Windchill features, best practices, and emerging technologies. Develop technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Windchill administration, development and support. Experience leading the architecture, design and delivery of end to end PLM solutions using PTC Windchill Proficient in Java, JSP, XML, JavaScript, and Windchill APIs. Strong knowledge of Windchill modules (PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, etc.). Experience with Windchill Business Administration, including roles, ACLs, OIRs, and object lifecycle. Good understanding of Product Structure Management, Change Management, and Document Management. Familiarity with Info*Engine, REST/SOAP web services, and integration frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Relevant certifications in PLM are advantageous US Citizen or lawful permanent resident or a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act is required. EEO & Accommodations
