What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of a bachelor\'s degree; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD) preferred
At least 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry, with 10 years in sales leadership/management
Proven success in leading sales for rare disease products
Strong understanding of the payer environment and challenges within the healthcare system
Ability to travel extensively on a national level
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in biologics and buy and bill products
Background in musculoskeletal or genetic hearing loss rare disease markets
Proven track record of hiring, coaching, and developing top talent
Experience selling to diverse customer segments
Strong strategic thinking skills to improve performance
