Responsibilities

Create, nurture, and manage relationships with strategic VAR partners in the Data and AI security sector

Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential VAR partners focused on Data and AI security solutions

Collaborate with VARs to build joint go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption

Empower partners with resources, product training, and support to sell cybersecurity solutions

Monitor partner performance through established key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications

Extensive experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner management within a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company

Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships across North America

Strong understanding of the cybersecurity, data protection, or AI risk landscape

Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market plans with measurable results

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce)

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events
