Finance Director Job Description Location: Great Falls, SC Employment Type: Full-time (30 hours per week) on-site Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience) About GRASP:

GRASP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to serving our community by providing service, referrals, and assistance to the people in our community in a Christ-like way. We are a small, mission-driven team seeking a Finance Director who shares our values and is eager to contribute meaningfully to our financial stability and operational excellence. Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online in accordance with GAAP and nonprofit standards. Prepare monthly financial statements for the Board of Directors and for grant reporting. Manage accounts payable/receivable, deposits, and bank reconciliations. Oversee payroll processing and maintain personnel files. Ensure compliance with federal and state nonprofit financial reporting requirements (e.g., IRS, SC Secretary of State). Develop and manage annual budgets in collaboration with the Executive Director. Track and report on restricted grant spending; assist with financial components of grant applications and final reports. Record and manage journal entries and fixed asset depreciation. Maintain effective internal controls and organize financial documentation. Assist with audit preparation and year-end financial procedures. Assist in yearly fundraising activities (Online Auction, Golf Tournament, Give Local) Perform other administrative and financial tasks as needed in a collaborative, small-team environment. Qualifications

Education & Experience: Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management (Preferred). Previous accounting or financial experience (nonprofit experience a plus). Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and Word. Skills & Abilities

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently. Comfortable working in a mission-driven, faith-based environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. General Requirements

Hourly Rate:

$20.00 - $22.00/hour (commensurate with experience) Benefits:

Vacation time after 90-day probationary period. Paid holidays Office closes for one week at Christmas Health Care Stipend: $50.00 per month provided.
