Position Summary, Job Requirements & Responsibilities: What We\'re Looking For: Work with project managers, EVMS lead, contracts, and the business to support project team members in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects of varying contract types, size, and complexity. Support government programs with the preparation of Contract Funding Status Reports (CFSR), Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), and other program related reporting. Support program budgets/baseline controls, and ensure that all required finance inputs, including internal and external reporting, are prepared, reviewed, and submitted on time. Create financial charts in support of program management and program reviews; identify cost impacts and develop recovery plans as required. Program life-cycle activities such as project setup/maintenance, invoicing support, and accruals. Support invoicing of CPFF/CR/FFP & TM contract types with extensive backup requirements. Month-end close process and interpreting variance/trend analyses. Implement improvements of financial policies and procedures in support of projects including proposals. Support of government compliance and audit activities. Experience & Education Requirements / EEO: What You\'ll Need to Succeed: Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 8+ years of relevant finance experience, including 5+ years supporting government programs Good understanding of multiple contract types: CPAF, CPFF, CPIF, FFP, IDIQ, T&M. Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Ability to identify risks, evaluate the probability and magnitude, and implement risk-mitigating strategies. Hands-on experience in the development, maintenance, and/or tracking of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS\'s). Understand how job costs are collected and billed on all contract types. Accounting experience in support of government programs. Strong MS Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables) and Office skills (e.g. PowerPoint). Strong organization, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Be active in seeking out ways to improve yourself and gain new knowledge and be enthusiastic in sharing knowledge with others. This position primarily works in the company office or in a home office. The position is largely sedentary with the majority of the position sitting in a chair and working with a computer. The role uses basic office equipment including a phone, video, computer, keyboard, mouse and printer. For meetings in-person, this position will need to be able stand, walk within the office and climb stairs on occasion. EEO
