Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) – Senior Associate at Riveron. We provide functional leadership, subject matter expertise, and proprietary tools to align business performance with growth and strategic objectives. Our Performance Improvement services include Finance Transformation, Financial Planning & Analysis, Integration & Carve Out Services, Shared Services Optimization, Operations & Supply Chain, Program & Change Management, and Profit Enhancement. Who You Are Bachelor’s in business or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally a mix of consulting/investment banking and corporate or business unit FP&A roles. Mastery of financial modeling, including integrated driver-based 3-statement models and 13-week cash forecast models. Experience with one or more planning technologies (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, OneStream, Oracle FCCS, SAP BPC) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong knowledge of accounting and finance relationships across financial statements. Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and communicate effectively to diverse audiences. Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and proactive problem-solving mindset. Analytical rigor with strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to participate in internal and external initiatives (e.g., community service, training, recruiting, firm events). Ability and willingness to travel as required based on client location. What You’ll Do Execute project plans and deliver solutions across FP&A domains, including: Performance visibility: end-to-end reporting solutions with KPI/metric selection, data solutions, and visualization dashboards. Financial planning: develop forecasting and budgeting processes, implement planning technologies, and build long-range models. Interim FP&A: provide interim FP&A leadership as needed. Decision support: 13-week cash flow models, ROI models, pricing analysis, revenue/profitability analysis, and organizational design support. Compensation The expected pay range for this position is $80,000 - $150,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits).
