Lead the customer and associate experiences in the store, driving a profitable business by focusing on customer experience, operational performance, visual standards, and community engagement. Coach the team to reach their full potential and ensure a welcoming experience for all customers and associates. Cultivate a customer-focused environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences. Inspire, educate, and coach associates to leverage the brand's behaviors to create genuine customer connections. Use technology to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. Hire and build an effective store team through training, coaching, and talent development. Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged. Develop a strong operational dynamic within the team to achieve store goals. Promote in-store community events and philanthropic partnerships. Use tools and reporting to oversee store profitability, budgeting, and payroll. Analyze reporting to develop short and long-term retail plans. Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing. Qualifications

2+ years of retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred). Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates. Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent. Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Technology proficient with ability to operate a point-of-sale system. Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and action plans to drive results. Action-oriented with ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize to meet deadlines. Benefits
