The role supports the 777-9 development effort, leading an integration team responsible for aligning and executing supplier and engineering work to introduce the 777-9 into the production fleet. Sr Manager joining the 777-9 Program Integration team. The team seeks experienced senior-level procurement leadership to manage activities related to supplier qualifications, certification, and program execution.
Position Responsibilities
Manages Procurement Agent employees and mid-level managers performing activities related to committing company resources to purchase goods and services, developing supplier strategies, bid packages, proposal analysis, and contract development.
Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures, and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives.
Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes, and negotiation strategies and tools.
Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers.
Leads supplier qualification/certification work to support airplane program certification timelines.
Partner with Supply Chain Categories and program integration teams to support ATC, EIS, CIR, and early rate ramp activities.
Lead team in developing late changes across Supply Chain Categories to expedite flows without impacting the certification program’s critical path.
Collaborates with value stream stakeholders to solve complex problems across technical, legal, production, and supply chain domains.
Inspires the team to be problem-solving leaders and scales best practices across the supply chain supporting 777-9 certification.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)
15+ years of experience in a Supply Chain or Procurement-related role (e.g., finance, compliance, contracts).
10+ years of experience leading teams in formal or informal settings.
15+ years of experience managing or supporting large projects with multiple stakeholders, including cross-cultural teams.
15+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale logistics or supply chain services for a global organization.
5+ years of interfacing with and supporting senior leadership.
5+ years of leading cross-organizational or business-unit projects with proficiency in project management standards.
Domestic and international travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience)
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree.
5+ years of experience working in a highly regulated environment.
5+ years of experience as a strong communicator at all levels.
5+ years of experience taking initiative, leading cross-functional teams, and promoting an inclusive environment.

Pay Guideline:
Summary pay range (Level M) $174,600 - $202,750. Applications for this position will be accepted until Oct. 18, 2025.
