Fraud and Security Operations Program Manager
The Fraud and Security Operations Program Manager will support strategic initiatives across mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and enterprise administration on behalf of the Fraud & Security Organization. This role coordinates cross-functional efforts, oversees program execution, and provides organizational support to ensure operational resilience, seamless integration of acquired entities, and delivery of special projects. The role requires strong program management expertise, the ability to work with senior leadership, and flexibility to manage both strategic and ad hoc priorities. Duties and Responsibilities
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of M&A integration activities across functional areas within the Fraud & Security Organization (finance, operations, HR, technology, compliance). Develop and track integration project plans, milestones, and performance metrics. Partner with business leaders to ensure timely risk identification, issue resolution, and smooth transition. Ensure post-merger integration aligns with business strategy and cultural objectives. Administrative and Ad Hoc Duties
Provide program management support for executive initiatives, governance processes, and enterprise reporting. Prepare presentations, executive briefings, and progress updates for senior stakeholders. Manage special projects, task forces, or operational initiatives at the direction of senior leadership. Ensure effective documentation, knowledge management, and process improvement practices. Business Continuity Planning Oversight
Oversee business continuity planning activities across the Corporate Operations & Transformation Segment. Partner with Business Continuity Planners and Coordinators to ensure timely completion of BCP activities, in line with the Enterprise Resiliency program cadences. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree 7+ years of program management experience Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Banking or Financial Services Knowledge of Fraud, Physical Security or Bank Operations Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Strategic and operational agility Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills High level of discretion, professionalism, and adaptability Collaborative leadership with ability to influence across all levels of the organization Results-driven with attention to detail and follow-through Ability to provide strong program and project leadership during periods of uncertainty, ambiguity, and change Work Arrangement
Hybrid; Exempt Status: Yes (not eligible for overtime pay). Workplace Type: Office. Remote arrangements may be available; specifics provided by the hiring team. Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay Range $93,000.00 - $189,000.00 USD Annual. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Eligible for incentive compensation.
