As a member of our Global Security Operations Center, you will report directly to the Global Security Operations Manager. You will safeguard our operations and assets around the world and work to ensure a secure environment for employees, clients and partners while utilizing advanced technology to monitor and respond to security incidents. What You’ll Do

Axon HQ (Scottsdale, AZ) Reports to:
Eric Miner (Global Security Operations Center Manager) Monitor alarms, including fire, door, and duress alarms, while answering routine and emergency calls. Monitor CCTV to protect the building and assets, and to prevent or help stop crime. Respond to life safety incidents (medical emergencies, natural disasters) and dispatch security officers, ERT, police, fire, and EMS as needed via phone and radio. Manage sensitive information and maintain company confidentiality and information security practices. Create dispatch records for officers deployed during your shift and initiate incident reports and work orders as needed. Collaborate with the Emergency Response Team (ERT). Monitor risk and threat intelligence sources to identify, analyze, and support events and incidents impacting operations, facilities and employees globally. Troubleshoot technical issues with security systems, including CCTV and access control, to ensure proper functionality. Participate in GSOC projects, providing input and guidance or taking ownership of initiatives. What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in security management, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, or related fields. Possess a Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107) or eligibility to obtain within 120 days of hire. Familiarity with security CCTV monitoring systems and protocols. Ability to manage multiple lines of communication and multitask. Basic proficiency with surveillance and alarm systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills for incident documentation and reporting. Professional demeanor and ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations. Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field. 3-5 years of GSOC, corporate security, or similar experience. Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107) with eligibility within 180 days of hire. Experience in incident response and crisis management. Knowledge of physical security protocols and procedures. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Understanding of global security challenges and cultural sensitivity for operating in diverse environments. Benefits
