Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes. Provides day-to-day operations support, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution. Supports escalation communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Supports the dispatch system and hardware problems, remaining involved in the resolution process. Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems, installs/loads OS software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components; implements OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Supports system design of systems, mission architecture and associated hardware. Maintains working knowledge of system administration interdependencies as part of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Analyzes and resolves complex problems related to server hardware, applications and software integration. Qualifications
TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph is required. Fifteen (15) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs of similar scope and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Quantifiable Linux System Administrator work experience is required. Proficiency with Ansible scripting. Some Windows System Administrator work, ProxMox, Centrify, Harvester, Rancher, Kubernetes/Docker. Experience with Hyperconverged Infrastructure solutions (e.g., Azure Stack HCI, Cisco HyperFlex, DataCore SANsymphony, Dell VxRail, HPE SimpliVity, Nutanix, NetApp HCI, Scale Computing). Clearance
Active TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph preferred per contract requirements. Benefits & Compensation
Wyetech provides retirement contributions to a SEP IRA with 20% of gross compensation, vested from day one. Generous PTO up to 200 hours annually, with yearly adjustments.
