This role is part of the Pharm Transcend program and focuses on implementing Automation solutions in SAP BTP within Value Chain Automation. Key Responsibilities
Roadmap & Backlog Management: Define and own the strategic vision and prioritization of new technical features and enhancements within the Automation capabilities, ensuring alignment with business needs across global IM Product flows and non-Intercompany automation projects. Lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives, including design, development, deployment, and ongoing operational support to maximize business value for IM Transcend. Balance business value with technical feasibility, optimizing cost, and streamlining delivery processes. Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, manage platform constraints, resolve cross-team dependencies, and oversee demand intake as necessary. Solution Design & Implementation
Design and implement automation solutions within the Pharma Supply Chain ERP platform, ensuring robustness and scalability. Drive standardization of business processes and develop strategic, best-practice solutions. Align capabilities with the SAP product roadmap and future-proof investments. Engage with business and functional teams to provide best-fit technical solutions while adhering to Transcend program design and implementation standards. Provide technical leadership in architecture for ERP solutions enabling seamless integrations across end-to-end intercompany flows and integration technologies. Delivery and Value Realization
Own the technical delivery process and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value in partnership with the business workstream lead. Oversee integrated build processes with technical teams, ensuring compliance, functionality, and performance meet design specifications. Plan and execute system testing, including Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ensure compliance, maintain up-to-date SDLC documentation, system configurations, and validation activities. Continuously assess solution capabilities against demand volume and evolving business challenges to drive ongoing improvements. Leadership and Collaboration
Serve as JJT workstream lead for Value Chain Automation initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders. Lead an international, cross-regional project team of Product Analysts through all project phases. Coach and provide strategic direction to ensure delivery of project objectives. Demonstrate strong organization, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills; promote continuous improvement and operational excellence. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; preferred IT, Supply Chain, or Finance fields. 8 years in Supply Chain Technology; 5 years of experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA. Strong knowledge in: Plan/Source, Make/QM, Customer/Logistics/Trade, Tax, Finance, Master Data. Deep end-to-end understanding of financial and logistical flows in multinational operations; SAP-ERP integration experience; S/4HANA preferred. Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare; knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance; Agile methodology and SDLC documentation. Leadership: experience leading cross-functional, global teams; strong problem-solving and stakeholder management. Preferred: S/4HANA certification; people management experience; product backlog management; global/regional experience; experience in large-scale transformations. Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000-$207,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, parental leave, and other company-sponsored programs.
