I'm partnered with a fast-growing healthcare technology company that's changing how heart failure is managed. Our non-invasive monitoring solution helps reduce hospital readmissions, personalize treatment, and improve patient outcomes. As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll lead commercial growth in your territory, build strong relationships with clinical leaders, and be part of a mission-driven team focused on innovation in heart failure care. What You'll Do: Own your territory by building lasting partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and key opinion leaders. Present and promote a breakthrough technology to clinical and administrative decision-makers. Drive sales through the full cycle - from identifying opportunities to closing deals. Be in the field with weekly travel for meetings, demos, and product education. Collaborate with internal teams across Clinical, Marketing, and Customer Success. Report and track pipeline activity and territory performance using Salesforce. What You'll Bring: 5+ years of sales success in medical devices, capital equipment, or healthcare. A strong network of cardiologists, hospital educators, and KOL's. Clear, confident communication and presentation skills. Desired Skills and Experience A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals. Comfortable using Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools. Driven, goal-oriented, and skilled at closing deals.
