Outside Sales Territory Manager
to cover the North Central IN and Southeast MI Region. Direct Hire. No Agencies. No Third Parties. No Contracts. As a sales representative, you will work independently and decide how to best grow your market. You will look for top solutions for both the company and our customers and deliver quality service and reliability to your customers. Your responsibilities include handling current customer accounts, growing sales and growing your accounts overall. Treat your territory as if it is your own business, use your follow up skills and help us become the company of choice for our customers. Geographical Familiarity:
Because the territory is in and around the North Central IN and Southeast MI Region, someone who is familiar with this geography will have an advantage. There are hundreds of established accounts, with expected major growth. Primary Operating Region:
North Central Indiana including: White, Cass, Miami, Wabash, Huntington, Whitley, Kosciusko, Fulton, Pulaski, Starke, Marshall, Noble, Lagrange, Elkhart, St. Joseph, and LaPorte; Southeast Michigan counties including Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren. NOTE: This is subject to change depending on location. Established Customer Base:
You will inherit hundreds of active customers worth millions, so you won’t have to start from scratch. The goal is to grow business in the territory and gradually add new customers. These will be your customers and yours alone. No internal competition. All reps stay in their own territories. Pay:
$75,000.00 – $102,000.00 first year estimated gross annual pretax income. This includes a $1,000.00/month automotive allowance (taxable income) and may vary based on performance, experience, and other factors. Compensation Structure Basics:
3-month guarantee at target (base) salary followed by a 90% base guarantee for staying above your gross profit floor. Year-round auto allowance paid at $1,000/month ($12k annually). Commission is uncapped and has several tiers paid quarterly. Example: If you perform at 105% of sales plan, you receive a commission bonus for the quarter of 25% of your quarterly base income. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss your all-in goal (gross pretax income) with sales management during the interview process.
