Channel Account Manager - Video Security & Access Control (CT / Western MA) at Motorola Solutions. Reporting to Avigilon’s Regional Channel Director, the Channel Account Manager acts as a primary contact for all video solutions selling initiatives with Avigilon Channel Partners in the assigned territory, proactively manages relationships and deploys sales actions and strategies to grow business and meet territory revenue goals. Responsibilities

Develop relationships with Avigilon Partners, educate the Partners on Avigilon solutions, articulate how Avigilon solutions help them sell more and provide more value to their customers, and track/report on account activity Assist Avigilon Channel Partners to process orders and returns Work with Avigilon Channel Partners to ensure staff have completed required training to deploy Avigilon’s solutions Support Motorola’s video & access control sales activities in the assigned territory by creating, nurturing, and responding to sales opportunities for products and services Identify and develop new markets and determine end-user need with channel partners; engage Commercial Sales Executives to close opportunities Support territory leaders in establishing quarterly and annual sales objectives for Avigilon Channel Partners in the territory Identify new potential partners as resellers for Avigilon Video & Access Control products Track sales activities using lead and project tracking software databases Collaborate with Commercial Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering Qualifications

4+ years experience in one of: Sales or Video 3+ years of customer-interfacing experience Physical security solutions experience Strong technical acumen and ability to speak towards products and solutions Ability to accurately forecast revenue on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual bases Proven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationships Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills Time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Functional understanding of Microsoft and Google Apps, especially Excel/Sheets Exceptional presentation skills Strong computer skills with ability to learn and demonstrate new software Ability to travel weekly to territory (up to ~80% Travel) Having an established client base in the assigned territory is a plus Location & Travel

Seeking candidates based in CT or Western MA territory. Travel will be up to 80% of the time. Travel within the territory; no air travel is anticipated. Compensation & Benefits

Target Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 USD. Pay may vary based on knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
