Work with Sales Leaders to develop and execute a business plan and sales strategy to attain regional sales goals (by revenue, plan count and product mix). Expand relationships with retirement-focused advisors in the assigned territory. Follow the prescribed sales process and collaborate with teams to ensure effective proposals and sales presentations. Effectively manage the T&E budget to control distribution costs. Deliver worksite education/enrollment meetings for larger sold plans. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of successful sales experience in an emerging market retirement plan space. Demonstrated sales and marketing knowledge of retirement plan solutions and related investments within a needs-based sales process. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven leadership as an individual contributor with experience in team-based environments. FINRA Securities Industry Essentials Examination, Series 6 and 63 and Life and Variable Insurance licenses or the ability to obtain within 90 days. Willingness and ability to travel.
