Primary Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business, with a focus on commercial accounts

Engage in all sales and marketing tactics (with extensive corporate marketing support) to move prospects through your funnel to closing

Track all sales activities in HubSpot and leverage HubSpot to its fullest potential

Utilize World’s broad platform to bring risk management solutions to individuals and business owners, including traditional commercial lines insurance, high net worth / private client, employee benefits, retirement solutions, and payroll and human resources outsourcing

Qualifications

Must have proven experience with a range of insurance solutions to bring value to clients

Must be willing to become each client’s trusted risk management advisor and bring the entire World platform to each client (P&C, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wholesale, and Payroll and Human Resources outsourcing services)

Must maintain all relevant insurance licenses from the first day of employment

Desirable but not mandatory: experience selling commercial insurance for a top broker; familiarity with agency management software (AMS360, Epic) and sales CRM (World uses HubSpot); and experience building client presentations

Compensation As a World Insurance Client Advisor, compensation is tied to effort and performance. The package includes base salary plus commissions and a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested. Base salary range:

$80,000 to $200,000+ , depending on experience and book of business growth. There is potential to significantly exceed the top of this range as your book grows.
