What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Act as the national sales liaison for Smart Power Solutions, maintaining positive relationships with strategic accounts - Develop and execute business strategies to meet the needs of both the employer and strategic accounts - Oversee large, complex accounts while achieving sales quotas with strategic accounts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and identify new business opportunities - Provide forecasts and updates to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) while managing customer relationships
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree or applicable outside sales experience - Minimum of 7 years in outside sales within the data center space and 2 years managing key accounts - Knowledge of electrical power products within data centers - Ability to work remotely and travel 50% nationally; valid driver's license required - Skills in managing multiple tasks/projects and delivering effective presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with PDUs and transfer switches - Knowledge in program/project management - Proven ability to develop and recommend high-value solutions - Strong skills in resolving quality and delivery concerns professionally - Experience in both direct sales and channel sales models
