We develop and sell pre-workouts, proteins, nootropics, energy drinks, and other lifestyle products designed to help people maximize their mental and physical performance. This role is to accelerate retail expansion and optimize DSD network performance across the Midwest. The position will drive growth by strengthening existing partnerships and forging new strategic relationships to capitalize on our momentum. Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Accelerate Midwest regional retail expansion and drive business urgency Maximize performance from existing DSD network relationships and push for expanded distribution Drive faster execution with current retail partnerships and secure new chain opportunities Create urgency with key account relationships to accelerate volume growth Push existing distributors and chains to maximize velocity and shelf presence Identify and pressure underperforming territories for immediate improvement Drive aggressive promotional strategies and optimize trade funding effectiveness Ensure operational excellence while pushing for accelerated growth timelines Build competitive pressure and market urgency to drive immediate results Required Qualifications
5-10 years proven DSD sales experience in beverage/energy drink category Established relationships with Midwest regional buyers and distributors Track record of accelerating underperforming territories and partnerships Strong negotiation skills with ability to create business urgency Experience driving immediate results through existing relationships Ability to travel 75% within territory and maintain high activity levels Bachelor's degree preferred Preferred Experience
Energy drink category expertise with proven acceleration results Experience maximizing performance from convenience chains and regional grocers Knowledge of Core-Mark, McLane, or regional DSD networks Proven ability to turn potential into immediate business results Compensation
The base salary range for this position is
$95,000 - $130,000
per year, depending on experience. The total compensation package may include performance bonuses, commissions, benefits, and other applicable incentives.
