Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects. Apply knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning. Bridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitate engineering discussions, and ensure alignment with customer outcomes. Distill customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes. Decompose complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions. Contribute to technical documentation and define documentation standards. About The Team

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of Project Management / Engagement Management experience managing enterprise IT projects. 2+ years of stakeholder management experience. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Agile and PM toolsets (Confluence, Jira, RallyDev, VersionOne, Taiga, etc.) and source code management products. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Current, active US Government Secret security clearance. Preferred Qualifications
AWS experience and certifications preferred. PMP and/or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate. Strong understanding of AWS services, architectures, and best practices. Experience applying AWS frameworks (Well-Architected, Cloud Adoption Framework). Ability to establish technical credibility with engineering teams and senior technical decision-makers. Experience with Federal Civilian Government Agencies and Intelligence communities, with active project management certifications (e.g., PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, etc.). Experience delivering cloud engagements (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and managing large projects with 10+ resources, 6+ months, or $250k+ value; SDLC familiarity and PM best practices.
