Minimum Qualifications:
Two years' minimum experience in sales, athletic or corporate development/fundraising.
Bachelor's degree required.
Excellent organization and communication skills, as well as comprehensive computer skills.
Responsibilities:
Identify, cultivate, solicit, and close gifts for the Athletic Department, including major gifts, annual gifts, planned gifts, grants, and other funding sources.
Develop and implement a strategic plan for fundraising and support for the Demons Unlimited Foundation.
Assist with revenue-generating activities in the athletic department, such as ticket sales, licensing, merchandise, and sponsorships.
Plan and execute special events to strengthen external relationships and increase revenue.
Maintain communication with partners, donors, and sponsors to ensure satisfaction and continued support.
Oversee the Demons Unlimited Foundation.
Coordinate with University Advancement and Alumni Office on donor strategies and events.
Handle contractual arrangements related to broadcast operations and assist in promotion and game management.
