Job Overview
As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you'll help create a warm, inviting experience in our fragrance department. You will maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Whether preparing products, restocking displays, or assisting with transactions, your attention to detail and hospitality ensure every guest feels cared for.
This role blends service and support—anticipating team needs, keeping the space shop-ready, and helping create moments for our customers during the busiest time of year. We are looking for flexible team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple tasks, and can work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact. Welcome guests, ensure the sales floor is clean and organized, review goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay informed on trends and promotions to engage, educate, and sell with confidence.
On the floor, focus on the customer—offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and engage in friendly conversations to build customer relationships.
Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, handling testers and merchandise returns to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
Finish Strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have what they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you, including personalizing service where possible.
Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.
Strive for excellence as a journey—aim to improve daily, meet sales goals, and learn from teammates to deliver store results.
Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10-20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. Information regarding hours for benefit eligibility can be found here.
Who You Are
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
Willingness to meet daily sales goals and challenges.
Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
Resourceful and eager to start a new venture, adaptable to changing priorities; able to work independently while thriving in a team.
Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform
Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
Standing for extended periods, lifting at least 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, reaching including above eye level.
Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment to perform duties and process transactions.
