Overview
The Sr. Manager of Corporate FP&A will be hands-on in building dynamic forecasting models, driving reporting and analysis, and crafting executive-ready presentations. The Senior Manager will partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, while leveraging emerging tools such as AI and automation to enhance financial insights and drive efficiencies. Key Responsibilities
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for corporate and brand-level teams. Prepare executive-level presentations and financial storytelling to inform strategic decision-making. Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational initiatives. Support the implementation of AI, automation, and financial systems enhancements (Hyperion, SAP). Conduct scenario planning and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. Qualifications
5–8 years of FP&A or related experience (retail/consumer products a plus). Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency with PowerPoint storytelling. Experience with Hyperion Essbase, SAP, or similar ERP tools preferred. Familiarity with AI/automation tools a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Compensation
$150,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications .
