As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be on the
front lines of growth
— generating qualified pipeline, connecting with customer success leaders, and driving the conversations that power our record-breaking revenue engine. Job Title : Sales Development Representative (SDR) Classification : Non-Exempt Reports to : SDR Manager Location : Hybrid – Washington, D.C., US-based preferred Target Salary Range : $50,000 to $55,000 annual base salary, $70-75k OTE
What You’ll Do
Own the
top of the funnel
by qualifying, educating, and progressing leads into sales‑ready opportunities
Conduct
multi‑channel outreach
(phone, email, LinkedIn, social) to connect with high‑potential prospects
Research target accounts, identify key decision‑makers, and craft personalized messaging to drive engagement
Actively listen to uncover prospect pain points and position ChurnZero as the solution to their challenges
Partner closely with
Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Leadership
to optimize outreach campaigns
Maintain accurate activity tracking, opportunity notes, and data hygiene in Salesforce
Consistently
hit or exceed
monthly metrics for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution
What You’ll Bring
A
passion for learning , curiosity, and a growth mindset —
no prior professional sales experience required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal — you can tell a compelling story and spark curiosity
Confidence and resilience when reaching out to prospects and starting conversations
Familiarity with modern sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or similar platforms is a plus —
but we’ll teach you everything you need to know
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and adaptable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
