Starting Salary: $110,000 yearly We are seeking a strategic, enthusiastic, and driven sales leader to serve as Associate Director of Sales. This position plays a critical role in leading a large and growing team to achieve ambitious sales goals for Turning Stone Resort Casino as we open our sixth hotel, The Crescent, and double our conference space with the debut of The Grand Expo in 2027. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, master relationship builder, and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Your Day-to-day As The Associate Director Of Sales:

Directs the development and execution of sales strategies for Turning Stone Resort Casino in partnership with the Director of Sales. Leads and mentors the team of sales managers, executive meeting planners, interns, and support staff in developing and growing key vertical accounts as assigned. Establishes and nurtures strong client relationships that drive repeat and referral business through lead generation and resource utilization for efficient response times. Collaborates cross-functionally with internal departments including Revenue Management, Food & Beverage, Events, and Operations to optimize total event revenue. Monitors market trends, competitive set performance, and business intelligence to adjust strategies as needed. Delivers clear, consistent, and motivational communication to the team and stakeholders that continuously drive results and raise awareness for the Turning Stone Resort Casino brand and its offerings. Represents the property at industry events, trade shows, and client-facing meetings as determined. Builds the team’s funnel using data analysis, working with Strategic Analytics and internal resources, along with the Director of Sales. Routine report analysis, annual business planning, budgeting, and process improvements are part of daily responsibilities. Who We Are:

Our portfolio also includes convenience stores, PGA-level golf courses, and other ventures. Work Experience Attributes:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field highly preferred. Minimum of five years of direct sales experience; 7+ years of increasing responsibility preferred. Experience leading large teams within complex hospitality or casino environments is preferred. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of dynamic pricing and hotel revenue yield management. Organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and handle negotiations. Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and travel for trade shows and client meetings. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Delphi software. What We Value:
