What to Expect
Partner with Precast/Prestressed manufacturers and the sales team to increase demand for engineered concrete connection products
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal associates
Deliver solutions through consultative selling and leveraging broader capabilities of the employer
Educate customers and dealers on product offerings while providing excellent communication
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop organizational growth concepts and ideas
What is Required
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships in a sales-driven environment
Minimum of 3 years of high-performance sales experience in the construction industry, particularly with Precast/Prestress customers or fabricators
Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and educate others
Willingness to travel across a multi-state region (50-75%)
Experience with CRM and Business Intelligence Software (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau)
