Brandwatch is looking for an Enterprise Account Development Representative on the LATAM team. The LATAM Enterprise Account Development team is focused on uncovering new opportunities, driving revenue growth across the region, and supporting other markets throughout the Americas as needed. This role requires a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional with a deep understanding of the LATAM market ecosystem, including regional structures, decision-making dynamics, and cross-border collaboration. As an Enterprise ADR, you will partner closely with Account Managers to identify and execute strategies that strengthen and grow key agency accounts. What You'll Do: • Research and map complex organizational structures to identify decision-makers, influencers, and growth opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders through personalized outreach in Spanish and English. • Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and execute comprehensive account growth plans. • Leverage Salesforce, 6Sense, and analytics tools to track performance and uncover actionable insights. • Consistently meet and exceed opportunity creation and pipeline development targets. • Act as a cultural bridge, adapting strategies to align with local business practices and market needs. What You'll Bring: • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal); Portuguese proficiency is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. • Proven success in outbound sales or business development, ideally within enterprise accounts. • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and long sales cycles. • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and execute on growth opportunities. • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Nice To Have: • Experience working with multinational companies and their LATAM regional structures. • Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing technology tools. • Knowledge of the consumer insights, market research, or marketing technology industries.
