Silvus is seeking an Associate Director of Sales, Unmanned UAV Systems, who will work closely with and report to the Director of Sales, Unmanned Systems. The position is part of a two-person sales team sharing a common sales quota and list of accounts. The successful candidate will participate in all aspects of the sales cycle for existing and emerging markets/channels in the Unmanned Systems market under the direction of the Sales Director. The role is eligible for 100% remote work depending on location. Responsibilities

Work under the direction of the Director of Sales, Unmanned Systems on a strategic list of Unmanned Systems accounts within the sales territory. Direct and oversee the entire sales process, initiate customer interaction, guide the final sale, and ensure follow-up. Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the Unmanned Systems market. Identify and explore new segments and opportunities leveraging core MIMO solutions. Participate in trade shows, conferences, experiments, and customer events as needed to support sales development. Stay informed on market trends, changes, and competitor actions; set and meet annual targets for new business in the Unmanned Systems market. Contribute to building a robust pipeline and regularly update the CRM with opportunity forecasts. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to communicate value to customers and prospects. Foster a customer-centric approach and address customer concerns, using feedback for improvements. Travel may be required 1–2 weeks per month. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with at least 2 years of relevant sales, business development, or domain experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in Radio Frequency communications, mesh networking, and/or ISR payloads. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts. US Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 12 months of start date. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelor’s degree (ideally in engineering). Demonstrated business development and sales experience in autonomous military systems. Understanding of alternative MANET technologies and their strengths. Highly organized, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Office environment; trade shows; outdoor demonstrations. Lift equipment up to 50 lbs. for demonstrations and testing; walking/moving in labs. Compensation

The pay range is not a guarantee and varies based on experience and qualifications. US Pay Range: $90,000 - $200,000. As a U.S. Federal Contractor, all candidates must be a U.S. Person (citizen or permanent resident). Some roles may require stricter U.S. Citizen requirements.
